OUR SERVICES _

Our services are available to clients in a number of ways. We understand that every business has different needs, so we have different flexible and bespoke package options available to cater to the requirements of your business. 

ON DEMAND SEARCH _

No upfront costs. We invoice you only once we have successfully placed a permanent candidate within your organisation.

This is a popular option for clients whose recruitment needs are unpredictable, and who want to avoid paying an upfront fee. It can involve a longer process than some of the other types of arrangements, but it has its benefits:
  • No upfront investment, therefore low-risk
  • No long-term commitment. If you need to close the vacancy, let us know and we'll put our search on hold. If there's no placement, there's no charge
  • Flexibility

EXCLUSIVE SEARCH _

This is our most popular option with clients. Same as the ‘On Demand’ option, there are no upfront costs and we invoice you only when we have successfully placed a permanent candidate within your organisation. The key difference between this option and the ‘On Demand’ option is that you agree to work exclusively with us on your role, and in return we offer you a reduced rate for our services.

  • Flexibility

RETAINED SEARCH _

We work exclusively on your role and we guarantee a 100% fill rate. You pay an upfront fee, so you're invested and we're invested. We’re in it as a partnership! 

This is a great option when you’re looking to recruit for important roles, and when you cannot afford for a particular position to go unfilled. We invest in utilising our extensive contact network, discrete headhunting methods, targeted advertising, social media, candidate databases, direct marketing activities, and put our 20 years of recruitment experience into full swing! 

We will provide you with a short-list of the best available talent in the market, at that time.

BESPOKE EXECUTIVE SEARCH _

If you’re looking to appoint a high calibre senior level individual then this is the option for you. We are experts at identifying rare candidates and attracting them to your organisation.

We employ a highly innovative and transparent process on every headhunting assignment that we undertake to ensure that we produce exceptional results. Our tried and tested process works effectively whether we are headhunting a Board Member for a large corporate, a Sales Director for a start-up, or a Managing Director for an SME, and everything in between.

Our tailored process for all headhunting projects is as follows:

UNDERSTAND
  • An initial detailed telephone conversation to understand your requirement(s)
  • Meeting with your Greystone Consultant, who will run and deliver your search
  • Define the role specification in detail
  • Define the candidate specification in detail
  • Explore and understand key characteristics of the role and why the role is attractive
  • Clearly outline our process and plan of action
We believe in the importance of continuity throughout the project which is why you will deal with the same Greystone Consultant throughout the course of the assignment, from start to finish. Spending time gaining a full understanding of the role and your company is key for us to establish why it would be attractive to your target candidates, who will be high calibre individuals that may not be actively looking for a new job.

APPROACH

We approach all of your target candidates discreetly, promoting your company and the benefits of the opportunity. We take the time to explain to you why the candidates that don’t make it to the next stage are either unsuitable or not interested. We also benchmark the salary, which helps when negotiating with your preferred candidate(s). We spend time collecting useful market information throughout the process, giving you a valuable insight into your competitors.

ASSESS
At every stage of our process we are assessing potential candidates against your requirements to ensure the best fit from a cultural point of view, as well as from a skills and experience perspective.

Our process is rigorous and designed to assess and identify consistency of information, strengths, weaknesses and any potential concerns. Psychometric profiling and reference checking can be included at no extra cost.

DELIVER

  • Psychometric reports and reference checks provided where required

AFTERCARE
We understand that the first few months after the candidate has joined your business are crucial and we don’t just walk away after the placement has been made. We are at hand during the initial months to help iron out any issues that may arise. 

CONTRACT & TEMPORARY RECRUITMENT _

If you’re looking for an individual contract or temporary worker, or even an entire workforce, to fill a gap within your business then we can help. Bringing in contract or temporary workers is an efficient and cost-effective way of fulfilling your ad-hoc project requirements. We’ll make sure the person fully matches the skill requirements of the role and is a good fit for your business.
